Delete your Pinexa account

Submit this form to request permanent deletion of your Pinexa Academy account and associated personal data. After we verify your request, we will delete the account within 30 days.

What happens next

We receive your deletion request and verify that the email or phone matches an account.
We permanently delete account data (profile, progress, and related personal information) within 30 days.
Some records may be kept longer only if required by law (for example fraud prevention or legal compliance).
You will no longer be able to sign in after deletion is completed.
